My first visit went amazing Dr Patel an Staff. Since they walked me to the back get the xray everything was simple and quick, after took me in for a deep cleaning and Dr Patel made sure I was comfortable. Walked through every step made sure I was fine every couple of minutes. And also let me play music I liked on the computer during the cleaning. Everything went great. DR PATEL AND STAFF DID AMAZING

Let me start by saying I am DEATHLY afraid of the dentist for ALL procedures that require shots and drills…. So much that I often skip going to the dentist for years at a time. Today I was seen by Dr. Gary Dennis for a root canal and he was absolutely amazing…. He matched my “energy” to build rapport and was able to calm all my “crazy” and fears… he was humorous, patient, communicative, and gentle. He gave me the time needed to calm down and let the nitris kick in really good before he gave the shots. He wasn’t rough in my mouth or handled my mouth like I had a flip top head! This is huge as I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences in the past with dentists (here at this location too) who rushed and had horrible bed/chair side manners. Dr. Dennis has a way with the “crazy/anxiety ridden” patients such as myself! I left out smiling and in NO PAIN after my root canal! Dr. Dennis has won a loyal patient with me!!! I appreciate him, his assistant during the procedure, Eric at the front and the lady that explains the billing/estimates! They were all top notch and patient in explaining EVERYTHING TO ME! Sugarland Modern Dentistry has regained me as patient from this day on with the new doctors and staff they have now!!! Thanks so much for all you guys do! ~Dr. Valorie Jones
